Preparation and properties of La(Cr0.2Mn0.2Fe0.2Co0.2Ni0.2)O3 high-entropy ceramics are investigated. prepared by a traditional two-step solid-state reaction method in air. single-phase powders synthesized calcining the mixed oxides at 1000 °C for 20 h. The sintered 1350–1650 muffle furnace 4 h using above powders. phase compositions different temperatures characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD) with Cu Kα radiation. A field-emission scanning electron microscope energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) is used to observe microstructures analyze elemental distributions. hardness dielectric measured discussed.
